Visite d'un GIE avec Christian Roqueirol (St Sauveur du Larzac)

To confront our glances, our feelings, starting from field visits on the topic “food systems, from production to consumption”

 

During the first three days of the meeting in Nant, forty participants were separated into two groups to visit local experiences, chat with our guests, sharing our experiences, by a specific TC method.

 

The program of the visits was: 
 

For Group 1:

MONDAY, June 29, morning:

  • Meet in the town hall of St Affrique. Interview with Alain Fauconnier, Senator-Mayor of St Affrique, former Vice-President of the Conseil Régional Midi-Pyrénées (in charge of land use and agriculture).
  • Visit the catering station with the head of the kitchen, Alain Fauconnier and assistant in charge of the case.

MONDAY, June 29, afternoon:

TUESDAY, June 30, morning: 

  • Meeting with two directors of the Société Civile des Terres du Larzac

TUESDAY, June 30, afternoon:

  • Visit to the farm of Lawrence Reversat, Aveyron spokesperson of the Confederation Paysanne. Representative of the Union of sheep milk producers for the value chain of Roquefort. 27 av République 12100 Millau.

  • Visit to the cutting room of the Economic Interest Association with Christian Roqueirol (Peasant, Confederation Paysanne). Saint Sauveur du Larzac 12230 NANT.  See photos
